             The contact point for all matters related to Milan will be the Directorate of Naval Operations at IHQ MoD (Navy), New Delhi till 01 Jan 08 and thereafter the Naval Component Commander will co-ordinate the event through a  Milan Cell set up, at Port Blair, for the event.
